what is right for candida diet

Detoxification rejuvenates natural process of the inner world and elevates physical and psychological healthy elements in human beings. It cleanses our inner world providing freedom from the unwanted or harmful microorganisms. Candida diet has its own significance in the process of detoxification. For the successful implementation of Candida diet during detoxification care must be taken in the diet taken during this period. The following is a brief on right food for a Candidate on Candida diet. 


If you are on Candida diets as a part of detoxification process avoid the following: 

Sugars: Sugar containing food substances such as table sugar, fructose, corn syrup, honey, molasses, maple sugar and date sugar. 

White flour: All products such as yeast-containing pastries, breads, crackers, pastas, etc. 

Beverages: Such as artificially sweetened drinks, alcohol, canned and dried fruit juices, coffee, tea and so on. 

Processed food items: Bacon, sausage, ham, hot dogs, luncheon meats, corned beef and pastrami must be avoided. 

Fungus foods: Mushrooms, blue cheese, etc. 

Vinegar products: All vinegar-soaked products or vinegar dressings such as pickles, pickle relish etc. 

Right food during detoxification and for Candida diet candidates: 
 
Non-vegetarian foods

Meat: Chicken, turkey, all game birds, quail, duck goose, pheasant and Cornish hen. Grass-fed beef, buffalo, lamb and venison which are antibiotic and hormone free is suggested can be consumed. 

Eggs: Choose Omega-3 or free range, fertilized eggs in moderation and limit them up to 6 per week.

Fish: Salmon, cod, herring, sardines, shrimp, lobster and oysters which are fresh and wild fish is the best diet during detoxification. 

Vegetarian foods

Unprocessed oils: Amonds, cashews, filberts, pecans, pumpkin, sunflower, Sesame seeds. 

Cold Pressed Oils: Almond, avocado, flax seed, butter, apricot, corn, walnut, sunflower, olive and sesame oil. 

Whole Grains: Quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, rye.

Breads: Unsweetened bread made from coconut, buckwheat, rye, quinoa flour which is free from yeast. 

Crackers and Chips: Any whole grain, unsweetened cracker or chips including Koyo brand buckwheat rice cakes, Rye vita brand crackers in various flavours.

Muffins and biscuits: Whole grain muffin, biscuit, tortilla which are made with soda or baking powder and yeast free substances. It is preferable to use approved flours.

Legumes: Lentils, peas, soybeans, pinto, navy, northern, kidney etc. 

Vegetables: Fresh vegetables such as asparagus, beets broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, eggplant, green peppers, greens, lettuce, turnip, spinach, onions, peas, parsley, fresh tomatoes, squash, red potatoes, radishes, okra, parsnip, collards, yams and avocados.
