Quality toner decide on the quality of modern four-color printing

Toner is a powder used in laser printers and photocopiers modern dye. It is composed of pigments, resins, and various additives. For printing also developer and fixing materials are required. The production of the different toner are patented and usually vary by manufacturer and device types. For refilling of used toner cartridges is therefore usually the original toner needed to prevent poor print quality or damage to the equipment.

Regardless of the manufacturing method for the toner all laser printers and copiers operate according to a principle identical technological. The so-called photo-chemical process, the printed image by means of exposure by a laser or light emitting diodes as well as a system of mirrors is transmitted to the photosensitive drum of the devices. By the exposure "sucks" it to the toner powder, passes through electrostatic attraction finally onto the printing paper and is fixed there by means of pressure and temperature, which can selectively be up to 200 degrees Celsius.
